The Harboui Office last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 23ft lOins. The Kartigi which has been loading timber for Melbourne and Adelaide, completer] yesterday but could not get away owing to the seamens’ dispute, and she is now scheduled to sail today. The Huanui arrived yesterday from Wellington, to load coal for Foxton. She is scheduled to sail to-day. The Kaimiro arrived yesterday from Auckland, to load coal for Wellington and Miramar. She is scheduled to sail tomorrow. The Iluia is expected fo-day with explosives from Port Chalmers. The Karepo is due on Monday next to load coal for Auckland and Miramar. The Gabriella was to leave Auckland yesterday for Westport and Greymouth. to load timber for Sydney.
