JAMES MATTHEW DENNEHY, of Barry town, Flaxmiller, hereby applies for a coal lease in respect to the following land: All that area of land containing 100 acres situate in Block 11., Te Miko Survey District, commencing at peg marked “A” at the South-eastern corner of Coal Lease No. 109/25, thence extending in a north-easterly direction a distance of 23 chains, thence extending in an easterly direction a distance of 28 chains, thence south-easterly a distance of 31 chains, thence -westerly a distance of 57 chains to the northern boundary of Coal Lease No. 17/27, thence northerly a distance of two chains to the southern boundary of Coal Lease No. 109/25, thence in an easterly direction along the southern boundary of Coal Lease No. 109/25 a distance of 8 chains to the commencing point as shown on sketch plan filed herewith.
