N.Z. ROWING TEAM. WELLINGTON, Afay 2. In view of favourable reports received from the Canterbury, Marlborough, Auckland and Wellington Associations concerning the raising of funds towards sending a New Zealand rowing team to the Olympic Games, the Council of the New Zealand Amateur Rowing Association, at a meeting to-night, affirmed its previous decision, and will notify the Olympic Games Executive that the money asked for bv the latter body will be available. A team of ten men, with a coach and coxswain, will therefore attend the Games. Nominations of five men for coach and five for coxswain were received, but the appointment in each case will be held over meantime.
