WEST COAST RALLY AT PARK. A wide and varied programme of events will be presented at Victoria Park on Saturday afternoon by the combined Boy Scouts and Girl Guides, of the Province of Westland, the occasion being a Grand Rally, which should provide a great sight. J»he Scouts are coming to the Rally from Hokitika and Runanga, as well as Greymouth, while the Guides and Brownies will assemble from Greymouth, Hokitika, Kumara, Reefton, Dobson and Runanga. The Greymouth Municipal Band will grace the occasion. The Rally opens with the Dominion Haka by the Scouts, then the march past; ambulance by the Rangers; country dancing by the Guides; Rufty Tufty “Gathering Peascods” Sellenger’s Round; Cubs’ display! Grand Howl; Canoe Haka; Jungle Dance —Kaa; Rocket Yell; Brownies’ Display; Helping Mother; Guides’ Display; illustrating the various badges which may be earned by Guides; Scout display by the various Troops, including bridge building, derrick building, and camp activities: Morse signalling by Hokitika Guides and Scouts.
