SPAHLINGER T.B. FORMULA COMING. CANBERRA, February 17. The formula of Doctor Spahlinger’s remedy for tuberculosis, is being sent to Australia, and it should arrive at an early date. The Minister of Health, making this announcement, added that his Department won hl ascertain whether the method of preparation was practicable, and whether the tests indicated the remedy had sufficient, distribution. GREAT N.S.W. BUSH FIRE LOSSES. SYDNEY, February 18. It is estimated that five thousand sheep were burnt to death in bushfires on station properties near Goon-1 diwindi. Fire fighters were trying to keep the flames back from the sheep in one place, when a second fire overcame them from the rear. Miles of fencing was destroyed, and about fifteen thousand acres of grass country was burnt.
