JtfOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following resolution was passed at a special meeting of the Bunanga Borough Council held on the sth day Of February, 1932, viz.— "In pursuance of the powers and provisions contained in The Municipal Corporations Act 1920, and any Acts amending the same, and in pursuance of all and every other powers contained in any other Act enabling it in that behalf, the Runanga Borough Council doth hereby, by Special Order, ordain as follows:—■ Here follows the proposed new bylaws the object or purport of which is to amend and extend the provisions of the Runanga Borough Council Bylaw No. 1 as follows:— (1) To amend the definition of "Intersection ’ ’ and ‘ ‘ omnibus. ’ ’

(2) To enable the Council to fix routes, stopping-places and parkingplaces for omnibuses and to prohibit the stopping or standing of omnibuses except at or in such stopping places or parking-places respectively. (3) To prohibit the stopping of any vehicle on or within 20 feet of an intersection. It is proposed that such amendments shall come into force on the 22nd day of March 1932. The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Council to be held on the 11th day of March, 1932, at 7 p.m. A full copy of the proposed by-law is deposited at the office of the Runanga Borough Council, Canoil Street, Runanga, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until the said 10th day of March 1932, inclusive.
