Sea s -(N.Z. -wafeefs): -Bough about Cook and Foveaux - Straits; elsewhere smooth to moderate; but rising south of Cape Egmont. Eastern Tasman Sea: Increasing northerly wfnd s and rising seas. Weather becoming dull generally, with much mist and in places, fog.
