£lOO REWARD OUT. AUCKLAND, November 7. One hundred pounds reward is being offered in connection with the murder, o n Friday week last of Mr Blomfield,the chemist, LATER. The announcement has been made jihat :t reward of £lOO is offered by the Police Department for information which leads to the arrest of the person or person s who.inflicted the wounds on A. J. Blomfield, chemist, who was murdered in his shop shortly after five o’clock on the evening of Friday October 30th. Still there are no developments. Although over a week has passed, and the detectives have carefully combed every suggested avenue of information. they still find themselves faced with a most puzzling mystery.
