THORPY’S LTD. BALL

A Brilliant Success The Town Hall was crowded last evening on the occasion of the annual grand ball tendered to their staff and many clients, by Messrs Thorpy’s, Ltd., Clothiers, Greymouth. The hall wag prettily decorated with Chinese lanterns, multi-coloured streamers and butterflies. A large lantern, reading “Welcome, Thorpy’> Ltd., Clothieps.’’ was hung from the centre of the hall. Steel ’» orchestra provided excellent jnuric, whilst Messrs G. Scott and Nutsford were efficient M’s.C. The catering was in the capable hands of Mr Herb Moore, and a sumptuous repast was provided.
