I — The opening meeting of t.ie 1931 1 season and the fourth meeting of the Ikamatua and West Coast Coursing Club wag held af the Ikamatua Plumpton on Saturday afternoon in glorious sunshine, before a good public, attend1 anee*. Belfast Lad got the best of the lead out and followed the hare’s! course. Tho second course was easily the best of the day, in which both dogs I tunned the hare Excellently. ~ Mossvale led away to turn the hare, the 'Other dog cutting him out to secure the pijize.
