Sir Malcolm Campbell, who created the world’s land speed record of 245.7 miles an hour] at Daytona in February, has decided to attempt tc drive his Bluebird cap even faster. Before then, however, the car, including its Napier Lion engine, will undergo alterations suggested by experience l and new research.
The Bluebird will be shipped to Australia and New Zealand in the autumn, and will be exhibited in the principal cities. Sir M. Campbell’s .attempt may be made in New Zealand next year, but ho has no definite plan yet.
