He has dissolved Parliament at its ti st meeting following on the formation of the new Cabinet. Premier Jorgs arrived in the Chamber and he read the decree immediately there were signs cf hostility to the new Ministry, lie declared the decree necessary because the majority in Parliament .were opposed to the Government’s policy. which included constitutional Relf orms for restoring the King’s prei rogative In respect to many lapsed I powers. Other measures, he said, were being introduced by decree, pending i an election in June. Cries of “Long live Spain?” which .were countered by cries of “Long live ithe King!” were heard in the streets jiu the evening. ; • 1 .
