e I The Blackball Miners are holding a’ ATav Day demonstration at Blackball! On F. iday. Ist Alay. Invitations to I take part have bee n issued to the other miners’ unions in the district, and it | is -expected that a big crowd will be present. Owing to the '-ack of funds resulting from the protracted lockout, it. is not po-ssibble to hold the customarc sports meeting this year, but that will not in any way detract from the I effectiveness of the demonstration as; a propaganda medium. Given a fine day. the attendance will compare well ■with past years.
