A Perth cable states the Cief Justice, Sir Robert McMillan, collapsed yesterday and died after a speech at. the opening of St. George’s Hall at the Western Australian University. Me was 71 yefer s of age. He had been in indifferent health recently. He was several times acting Governor of Western Australia. He was appoint cd to the Judiciary in 1902. He leaves n widow and a grown up family.
