Through refusing to box on when ordered to do so by the referee, in his contest with Reg Trowern at Gisborne on February 14th last, Ted Morgan, of Wellington, lost the fight. “The appeal must be disallowed.” said the Boxing Council. “We would like to add that the whole matter is regrettable.
