Beu Turner v.-'li shortly retire from the Ministry, and) that he will be succeeded by Major) A. T. Lee or Mr Vernon llartshorin. both of whom are members of the Simon Commission in India. It is rumoured that- the Rt HonNoel Buxton, another member of the Cabinetj, has been designated for an important colonial post, which wilb soon be becoming vacant.
