Opens at Carthage A GREAT PAGEANT. (Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received May 8 at 10.45 pjm.) TUNIS, May 8. The pageantry of Rome challenged the glamour of the East at the reception to Cardinal ,Lepicier, the Papal Legate, marking the opening of the Eucharistic Congress. The procession ■was headed by ten Cardinals and 120 bishops, who were greeted by the Government and military officials in the Cathedral Square.
