MINISTERIAL VISIT.
HON A. ATMORE’S ITINERARY. Further details concerning the visit of the Hon A .Atmore, Minister of Education*, to the We t Coast, are conained in the following telegram received by Mr Jas. O’Brien, M.P., from the Minister:— “For your information, I will arrive at GAeymoiuth on the evening Mf Thursday. May 2. On Friday. May 3, I will leave for the Cobden and Runanga Schools at 9 a.m., returning in time to visit the Greymouth primary schools at 11 o’clock. I will visit the Technical High School at 2 p.m., and afterwards will meet any deputations which you may have. On Saturday May 4, I will proceed to Waiho. returning to Hokitika on Monday, visiting the Wataroa, Harihari and Ross Schools. On Tuesday, May 7 I wilL visit the Hokitika and Kumara Schools and arrive at Greymouth in time for lunch, thence proceeding to Reefton. and, if possible, visiting the Brunner. Stillwater,' Ngahere. Ahaura, and To tara Flat Schools, making brief stops in each case.” Mr O’Brien has suggos'ed that the Minister should include the Fox Glacier in his South Westland tour. Mr O’Brien will be pleased to receive early notice of any deputations to meet the Minister.
