WELLINGTON, April 21. Dr Kidsons’ report states: —General situation: Pressure is still very low cast of the Dominion, the cyclone now being centred east of the Chatham Islands. An anti-cyclone over the Tas man Sea has been losing intensity. Forecast: —Winds: Moderate to strong south-westerly winds, reaching gale force at places, ou the East Coast, but decreasing, and later veering to westerly in the South. Seas (N.Z. waters):—Seas rough generally in New Zealand waters. Tasman Sea: Moder ate to strong south-westerly winds in the eastern Tasman Sea, veering te westerlies shortly in the central and southern puctions. Seas moderate. Went' er: —Weathe r still cold and changeable, with isolated showers, but improving. Some inland frosts in the South Island to-night.
