BRUTAL MURDER
Chinese Victim (Recd. April 21 at 5.5 p.m.) BRISBANE, April 21. A Chinese storekeeper, Charlie Hong, was murdered at Bercaldine with great ferocity. His head was smashed. A woman customer saw a man hurrying away from Hong’s store. She then discovered Hong in a shocking condition on the floor and she informed the police.
