KAITUNA’S FAULT
COLLISION WITH “SELJE” Court’s Finding (Anatra.ian & N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received April 16 at 10.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, April 16. The Marine Court has found tha the collision between the Norwegian steamer “Selje. ” (which was sunk), o.nl th e Union Company’s steamier “Kaituna,’? on Good Friday night. Was due to the negligence of Article 18 and A'rti|cle 28 of the Collision Regulations having been disregardedby the Master and the Third Officer of the Kaituna, which alone was blameworthy. Great praise was given to the Masters of both vessels for their behaviour after tho collision.
