Dr Kidson reports as follows: — General situation. —The anti-cyclone now covers the Tasman Sea and it advancing on to New Zealand. A disturbance of sdight intensity is indicated on the south coast of Queensland* Forecast. —Light to moderate »outh westerly winds, later becoming variable. Seas (N.Z. waters).—Still a con slderable swell on parts of the East Coast, but decreasing. Seas otherwise smooth to moderate. Tasman.—Moderate southerly and later backing to castefrly winds in the Eastern Tas man Sea, with moderate seas. Weather generally fair to fine with rising temperatures. Indications are for a fine week-end.
