NEW BRIGHTON TROTS. CHRISTCHURCH, December 15. The New Brighton Trotting Club’s Summer Meeting opened to-day. The weather was fine, and the track fair. The attendance was good and totalisatop investments amounted to £20.499, as compared with £17,1524 on the Saturday of last year, and £13.928J on the first day.
