OBREGON’S SHOOTING.
TORAL’S STATEMENT. TORTURED ON THE RACK. SANAGEL (Mexico), Nov. 4. Jos, Delegn Toral, during his trial on Saturday for the assassination of General Obregon, said that the police Jfeftor his arrest hanged him by the thumbs, stretched his body upon a rack and otherwise tortured him., to force a confession about the others implicated. The police denied torture.
