WELLINGTON, March 27. Dr Kidsun’s Evening forecast is as follows: A depression now centres south of the Chatham Islands. There is an anti cyclone centred near Norfolk Island and over Tasmania. The forecast ia as follows: Moderate to strong south-westerly winds, deceasing gradually. The seas will chiefly be rather rough to rough, but moderating south of Capo Egniont and Castlepoint. Elsewhere they will be moderate. The wind is becoming variable, with smooth to moderate seas in the Tasman Sea. The weather will be unsettled in Southern Otago, with showers and a few scattered showers also in other districts. Otherwise thm weather chiefly will be fair to fine, and, improving generally. |
