IN MEXICO Three Towns Devastated MIIXJCCO, City, March 26 Advices from Oaxaca City report continued alarming conditions from earth tremors, intermittent since Wednesday. (Received Marell 27 at 11.30 p.m.) MEZICCO CITY, March 27. Dispatches from Pocliutla, in th? Stat e °f Oaxaca, Mexico, report that three towns, those of Pluma, Hidalgo, and Xodani have been devastated by a series of earthquakes. Ricks have been rolling down the sides of the Las Irena mountain, and they have destroyed all the hamlets on the slopes. It is feared that the mountain, itself may crumble.
