“WAR” PREDICTED With British Interests (Received March 22 at 8.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 21. The Mackay Cable and Telegraph Companys of the International Telephone and Telegraph Coy have announced a merger of their facilities in a corporation to be known as the IntelmationaK Communication Coy., providing to a vast extent, national and foreign land, wires, cables and teleprone, and a system of radio. This fusjpn will| it is believed, in some quarters, precipitate “war” with th c British Combined. BRITISH CABINET’S DECISION. LONDON, March 21. It is understood that Cabinet has decided on the terms of the statement which Mr Baldwin will make regarding the cable-wireless services. The Daily News believes the statement does not remove entirely the suggestion that tlie Government intends to dispose of its shares in wireless and cables, but the question may be referred to the Wireless Cables Conference. 'Die British section of the International Chamber of Commerce passed a resolution in favour of cable and wireless being in the hands of private enterprise, on the same terms as the London Chamber. _
