Against Telegraph Pole OCCUPANTS - MIRACULOUS ESCAPE. ” AUCKLAND, March 21. Tinker was conveyed to the Auckland Hospital in an ambulance, which was quickly on the scene. An •examination revealed that he had escaped with painful facial abrasions and slight cuts on the hands and body. Apart from shock and few’ scratches. Mr Ross, the driver of the car. was unscathed. The car itself was badly damaged. __
