WELLINGTON, January 15. The Dominion Meteorologist reports that a tropical cyclone is centred south of Fiji, and anti cyclone conditions prevail over the south-east Tasman Sea and New Zealand. The barometer is falling over south-east Australia. Tho wind will be chiefly south-east to northeast, moderate to strong, north of Kawhia and Napier; elsewhere, moderate. Seas rather rough on the East Coast north of Kaikoura, and moderate elsewhere, with moderate to fresh southeast to north-east winds, and moderate seas in the Tasman Sea. The weather will be cloudy to overcast on the East Coast north of Napier, and else where fair to cloudy.
