WELLINGTON, January 13. The Dominion Meteorologist’s evening forecast is as follows: Anti-cyclonic conditions centred east of New Zealand, with depression advancing over the south Tasman Sea. Moderate easterly to northerly winds, freshening southwards of New Plymouth and Castlepoint; later backing to southerly weather, fair and warm at first, but clouding over and showers later south of New Plymouth and Napier, with cooler temperatures.
