Pukemiro Coal 63/-, Auckland City 51 debs. 1940 £691. DUNEDIN, January 11. Sale on ’change, New Zealand Refrigerating (contributing) 8/7. AUCKLAND, January 11. The world-wide shortage of hides was still in evidence at the fortnightly sale of hides and skins held in Auckland yesterday. Competition was brisk and prices were high all round. The prices for sheepskins were much the same. A few horse hides were sold and brought up to 13/6 for the largest.
