The Railway Department has issued for the convenience of schools, friendly societies, business and other organisations a booklet showing the location of the principal picnic grounds on the West Coast, together with details is to the distances and facilities for sports, and other amusements in the ease of each. The Department is to be commended for thus facilitating holiday excursions for the public.
