PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN. ■pC’OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grey County Council proposes, at its meeting to be held on the 25th day of January, 1928, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £lOOO, for the purpose of building a bridge over Moonlight Creek. Any person having any objection to the proposed application, is called upon to submit same, in writing, to the Grey County Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting. AJOTTCE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Special Roll of Persons entitled to vote at a Poll of Ratepayers, to be taken upon a proposal to raise a loan for the purpose of erecting a traffic bridge over Moonlight Creek, is deposited, for public inspection at the office of the Grey County Council, Gresson Street, Greymouth, and shall remain so deposited, and open for public inspection from the date hereof until and including the 17th day of January, 1928. Any person whose name appears on the above-named Special Roll may object to any matter or thing embodied in the said roll, or to the omission of any matter or thing from the said roll. Any person whose name appears on the said roll, who desires to object thereto, must forward notice of such objection, in writing, to the abovenamed County Council, at its said office, Gresson Street, Greymouth, within SEVEN DAYS after the said 17th day of January, 1928. Such notice of objection shall state fully the grounds of objection, and also the full name and address of the objector. A copy of the roll is open for inspection at the Post Office, Atarau.
