THE WEATHER.
WELLINGTON, November 26. The Dominion Meteorologist reports that present indications are for strong northerly winds, increasing to gale force in places, backing to westerlies, and later to southerlies; weather unsettled and cloudy, with rain generally and becoming cooler.
