HUMOROUS DIVORCE CASE.
PRAGUE, July 10. A divorce petition believed to be unprecedented, is engaging the Court’s at tention. A soldier, aged 28, who was blinded in the war, is seeking a decree against his blind wife, aged 48, on th? ground that she deceived him regarding her age and appearance. He alleges that she claimed to be young and beautiful, whereas he has been told that she is very ugly. The wife replied that the husband, before marriage, felt her face and adjudged her attractive, but he is now influenced by her .enemies’ calumnies. The Court dismissed the petition on the ground of inadequate reason. The ♦husband is now appealing.
