ROUMANIAN TYRANNY. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn £, Sun Cable) BUCHAREST, July 8. The Roumanian election returns indicate M. Bratiano’s new Liberal Government has scored an overwhelming victory, gaining 328 seats. Tho National Peasants’ Party have 4G seats. M. Mitnorities bloc has 14 seats. , Bratiano’s Party had only 15 seats in the last Parliament.
