ARAPUNI STRIKE.

MEN DISUNITED. (Per Press Assn.) HAMILTON, June 17. The Arapuni Strike Executive ignored a telegram from the New Zealand Workers’ Union headquarters last night ordering them to resume work, and the men remained idle to-day, but advice' received to-night is that there is a prospect of a settlement through the efforts of Messrs Bishop (Employers’ Federation). P. Hally (Conciliation Commissioner), and Baxter (Engineers’ Secretary). 1 Some of the strike leaders are at variance, and different factions have arisen among the workmen.
