VICTORIAN ELECTRICAL DISPUTE. MELBOURNE, Dec. 8. A conference of the Trades Hall Disputes Committee and Electricity Commissioners failed to find a solution to the dispute existing at Yallourn. The proposals for settlement, submitted to the Conference, are to receive further consideration. It is hoped that negotiations will be resumed and a basis for settlement found.
