Control Board, the policy of the Board i was outlined as follows: To improve' the organisation of th P marketing of ■dairy produce in the United Kingdom and o.r the Continent; to open fresh markets; to withhold a percentage ot butter and cheese, as deemed necessary; tc arrange with the Commonwealth Go- 1 vernment for a guarantee of advances made upon dairy produce; to take actio.i to maintain the identity of Aus- I tralian produce in retail shops and among the consumers. The J-ondPß agency will co-ordinate
with a similar bodv appointed by Now Zealand, when the full marketing strength of the exportable surplus of butter and cheese from both countries will be used for the betterment of selling activities and realisations.
