INTO SOCIALISM. A COMMUNIST LEADERS LONDON. Mr Gallagher, Chairman of the Communist Party, speaking at the Labour Party's Summer School, outlined his Party ’s policy. He said that Communists belevel in developing every wage trouble, with i view to creating the will for power which will result in a working class dictatorship. Communists were enemies of Mr MacDonald's socialism, because it was based on an illusion that capitalism could be reirmed hito. socialism. The Empire was devised to obtain cheap, raw material, and Imperialism was used for the deliberate corruption cf the working class leaders. The breakup of the .Empir? was essential to the establishment of socialism.
