LABOUR COLONIES
FOR CAPE UNEMPLOYED. CAPETOWN, August 7. In connection with the unemployment problem here, the Minister of Labour is preparing a Bill for the establishmcut of Labour colonies. The main features..of the Bill are the abolition of public relief works, and the provision of Labour colonies for those who want work, on the Belgian model.
