(liurch. R.EPRESENTATIVE LEAGUE. Considerable interest was been aroused in League circles in Christchurch by the decision to include H. Mears in the South Island team to play in Auckland. Many of those who witnessed the Christchurch tea! game stated that he .should have been included in the team at first selected and agreed that the protest sent, from ('oast was justified.
