WELLINGTON, June 23. The forecast is: The present indications are for north-easterly winds, strong to gale, northwards of Kawhia and East Cape, and northerlies to westerlies elsewhere. The weather will be unsettled and cloudy, with rain falling generally. There is a falling barometer everywhere.
