MARSEILLES MURDER. DR BOUGRAT'S DOUBLE LIFE (Received June 16 at 5.5 p.m.) FARIS, June 15. A telegram from Marseilles states that investigations reveal itjiat Dr Botigrat was a sort of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. While he was a, wellknown doctor, moving in file best society at Marseilles, he married into an excellent family. Ait. the same time he was also frequenting ihe lowest night resorts, consorting with “Apaches,” and taking part in theii free fights. Aft,er distinguished war service, he underwent the operation of trepanning. it is thought that his Jekyll and Hyde existence ma.y have affected his mind. He was in the habit of hypnotising and robbing his patients. 'lh doctor’s sweet heart. Andrea Au di bort, who is charged with coni plication in the death ot Rumebr (the b;«nk cashier found bricked in a. wall), was recently a servant in a Marseilles lodging house.
