BOYCOTT OF PRINCE’S VISIT. AS PROTEST AGAINST SHOOTINGS. (Reueixed April 25 at 5.5 p.m. - ) CAPETOWN, April 2-1. As a protest against the shooting of natives in Bloemfontein, the Airi can National Congress at Johanncs'burg adopted a resolution that the native population boycott the x-isit of the Prince of Wales. It is explained that this does not affect the loyalty of the natives to the Crown, which the Congress specially affirmed, but it is to demonstrate the grief of the natives at a policy which can load to such incidents. Tt is' not believed, however, that the boycott xvill be generally endorsed.
