RUHR. COAL OOSTING BRITISH. (Received April 22 at 9.50 p.m ) BERLIN, April 22. With the view of ousting British coal. The German Government has arranged a rebate of thirty per cent, on the railway freight on the coal from the Ruhr mines to the sea ports. In th© patst, British coal, landed at Ham- < burg, ha s been substantially cheaper than Ruhr coal, but in future it will be dearer.
