ACCIDENT ENDS FATALLY. (Por Press Association). M ASTEHTON, April 21. A boy, Douglas (Cole, accidentally shot on Sunday while rabbit-shouting, died this morning. ARBITRATION COURT. WELLINGTON, April 21. A motion asking for the withdrawal of the sitting Judge or the All.itra tion Court was carried at a eonler-em-e of the Trades and Labour Councils, recently held at Wellington. FOUND DEAD. AUCKLAND, April 21. ' The- body of James Ingham, a married man, aged about .50 years, residing at Freemans Bay, was found on Takapuna beach to-night. Only four notifications of cases of infantile paralysis were received by the Health Department for the 24 hours ending 9 a.m. to-day:—Manute-wa, Christchurch, Waitohi and Westport. one each. A suspected case at Paramatta is now stated not to bo paralysis.
