ENGLISH PRESS BIAS. BOUNDARY ARBITRATOR’S RESENTMENT. (Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.) i Received April 21 at 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, April 20. Colonel Paulis, one of the League of Nations th ice Mosul Boundary arbitrators, has made a statement on the matter. He deplores the fact that certain English newspapers have appeared to bo doubting the arbitrators’ impartiality. J[e declared that each arbitrator has carried out an absolutely independent investigation. They were meeting shortly at Geneva. It was even possible that they might meet elsewhere, so as to avoid the chance of liny outside influence. He emphasised that nobody know the arbitrators* decision. which would not be based on impressions, but on facts and information collected on the spot.
