COALITION CABINET LIKELY TO BE FORMED. LONDON, April H? “The Times’s’ Brussels correspondent says: “Belgian Cabinet problem •i s no nearer a solution. The Liberals rejected M. Vondcrvclde’s offer, under v-hich the Liberals would collaborate with the Socialist Ministry. The Liberals, in view of the election reverses, consider it their duty to abstain from all governmental participation. It is (generally believed that a Caaholic - Socialist Cabinet will eventually be formed. A Socialist congress has been summoned for April 23rd, at which the party attitude will be definitely determined.
