Jenness, -jeweller, wnA aequitted on two charges ol (heir of a diamond pendant aud convicted of obstructing the course of justice, with a strong rceoinmendaton to leniency, on the ground that accused had not acted with (he intention of benefitting himself., Sentenee was deferred. Cyril Wafstaff pleaded guilty on a charge of indecent assault, and was remanded for sentence.
